Cancellation policy

Subscribe & save

When you choose Subscribe & save, you agree to receive your selected FYLMiES products automatically at the delivery frequency you chose (every 30, 60 or 90 days) and you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each delivery at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. To cancel, log in to your account, go to Subscriptions and select Cancel, or email us at support@fylmies.com.

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before your next billing date. The date of your next order is shown in your account. If you cancel after a renewal order has been charged, the cancellation applies from the following delivery.

Skip, pause or change

You can also skip a delivery, pause your subscription or change your delivery frequency from your account at any time before your next billing date.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email before your next order is charged. You can cancel at any time before that order.

Returns

Subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped follow our refund policy: unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
